Model 1898 Krag Rifle in .30-40

U.S. model 1898 Krag riflemanufactured by Springfield, in .30-40 Krag, serial number “218726”. 22.25″ barel, 41.25″ overall. Sporterized, with a cut-down forestock, a sporting-style front sight, and a Redfield rear sight. The military-style rear leaf sight has likewise been removed. The bore shows minor pitting, with strong rifling and crown.
